HMN Naturgas I/S, a natural gas group owned by 57 Danish municipalities, divested its 100% ownership share in HMN GasNet P/S for a total consideration of DKK 1.8 billion.

About HMN GasNet P/S
HMN GasNet owns and services a total of 9,812 kilometers of gas grid in the Greater Copenhagen area, northern part of Zealand and in the northern and middle part of Jutland. HMN GasNet connects approximately 251,000 natural gas consumers with their respective gas providers.
Energinet, a state owned company headquartered in Fredericia, is engaged in the ownership, operation, and maintenance of transmission systems for electricity and natural gas.
