MHS Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to Falck A/S on the divestiture of their Nordic healthcare staffing activities through multiple transactions.

As part of the process of refocusing the Falck Group, the management decided to divest non-core business areas. This implies moving non-core businesses into a portfolio division and investigating the best options for these activities. The healthcare staffing units deliver the services through relationships with more than 18,000 qualified consultants/temps and by 2020 delivered a turnover of approximately DKKm 600.
