MHS Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor on the divestiture of Sonlinc A/S to EG A/S.

Sa.Co. Invest A/S divested its 100% ownership share in Sonlinc A/S for an undisclosed consideration. EG officially took over Sonlinc A/S on 2/9/2019. All agreements with customers, suppliers and collaborative partners will continue as before.
