MHS Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor in connection with HMN Naturgas I/S’ divesture of HMN Naturgas A/S to a consortium consisting of Eniig a.m.b.a. and SEAS-NVE a.m.b.a.
HMN Naturgas I/S divested its 100% ownership share in HMN Naturgas A/S and related operational activities for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction was signed on 4 July 2017.

HMN Naturgas I/S is Denmark’s largest gas company supplying gas to about a quarter million households and companies. The group is owned by 57 municipalities in the areas around Copenhagen and in the northern and middle part of Jutland.
